Terms & Conditions – Falcon Morning Trek

By registering for the Falcon Morning Trek to Channarayana Durga, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:  

1. Eligibility & Registration

- Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.  

- The trek is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

- Participants below 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.  

- Limited slots are available, and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

- No refunds will be provided once the payment is made.  

- In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), participants will be informed, and an alternative date or refund policy will be communicated.  

3. Safety & Responsibility

- Participants must follow all instructions given by trek leaders and organizers.  

- Any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the trek are the sole responsibility of the participant. The organizers will not be liable for any damages or losses.  

- Participants with pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., asthma, heart issues) should consult a doctor before registering and inform the organizers in advance.  

4. Code of Conduct

- Alcohol, smoking, and drug consumption are strictly prohibited. Anyone found violating this rule will be removed from the trek immediately.  

- Participants must respect nature by not littering and should follow Leave No Trace principles.  

- Any misbehavior, harassment, or misconduct towards fellow participants or organizers will result in immediate expulsion without a refund. 

5. Trek Requirements

- Participants must carry essentials such as trekking shoes, a water bottle, snacks, and personal medication. 

- The trek involves moderate physical exertion. Ensure you are fit to participate.  

- Any delays due to participant negligence will not be accommodated.  

6. Photography & Media Consent 

- By registering, participants grant the organizers permission to use trek photographs/videos for promotional and social media purposes.  

7. Event Changes & Discretion

- The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen factors.  

- The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event at their discretion. 

By proceeding with the registration, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
