1. Introduction

Welcome toWomen Day Celebration. By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in this event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from attending the event.

3. Ticket Purchase and Registration

• Your ticket must be shown at the event entrance (either digitally or in print) for admission.
• Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation or rescheduling, as outlined below.
• As an online ticketing portal, Eventsflare is not responsible for activity going inside or outside the event. Organiser/ venue is responsible for the service, availability and quality of the event. Eventsflare is not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. 
• This event is marked as an Offline Ticketing mode. Eventsflare is not collecting any payments from users. For any queries, please check with the organizer or venue directly.

4. Event Cancellations and Changes

• In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the organizer will notify attendees as soon as possible. Refunds may be issued under specific circumstances.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the event, including speakers, performances, or sessions, without notice.

5. Conduct and Behavior

• All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee engaging in disruptive behavior or violating the event's code of conduct.
• Alcohol, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are prohibited during the event.

6. Liability and Responsibility

• The event organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while attending the event.
• Attendees agree to assume all risks associated with participation and attendance.
• The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unforeseen circumstances, such as travel delays, accidents, or natural disasters.

7. Photography and Recording

• By attending to the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. These images and videos may be used in social media, advertising, or other event-related materials.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event staff.

8. Privacy Policy

• Any personal information collected during ticket purchase or registration will be handled in accordance with Serve Club Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and will only use your information for event-related purposes.

9. Force Majeure

• The organizer will not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Delhi.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• The organizer reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Attendees will be notified of any changes, and continued attendance constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
