Eventsflare provides the Services to the User subject to the Terms.
All information accessed or viewed by the User is considered confidential and is for only authorized personnel or business purposes.
For the Terms that apply to you and your use of the Services as an Organizer, please see Organizer Terms. Since Eventsflare acts only as a booking agent, it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the service provider and the user as regards the standards of services provided by the service providers. In no circumstances shall Eventsflare be liable for the services provided by the service provider. Eventsflare is not the service provider and cannot therefore control or prevent changes in the published descriptions which are based upon information provided by the service provider.
Eventsflare reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the Services. By subscribing or registering to the website users also agrees to receive promotional sms/emails. The Company further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice. The User shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies and assessments for availing the Services.
All payment gateway related offers (including wallets and other payment methods) will be subjected to terms and conditions of that particular payment gateway. Eventsflare, in best of its efforts, will provide the terms and conditions on the payment page where such offers are displayed, but will not take any guarantee of such offers. The liability of such offers will be on the payment gateway itself, and all queries regarding such offers (including but not limited to getting full list of terms and conditions, cashback not credited query etc.) will be addressed by the payment gateway. Eventsflare will add the platform fee on the ticket booking to provide hussle free ticket booking experience to the customer and charge the commission for paid event from the organisers. Eventsflare will not entertain any refund/cancellation request in case of any issues related to payment gateway/method offer.

Eventsflare is not responsible for activity going inside or outside the event. Organiser/venue is responsible for the service, availability and quality of the event. In no circumtances Eventsflare is liable for anything related to service or activity going inside or outside the event. The event organizer or venue is solely responsible for the service and activity going inside or outside the event.
For the settlement process Organiser should send a request email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The settlement process requires valid bank account details. Settlement takes 3-5 business days (excluding govt/bank holidays), if no concerns raised by the consumer.
Eventsflare may allow suppliers (Service Provider - event organizer, venue, artists etc.) to access the information only for purposes of confirming your registration and providing you with benefits you are entitled to. By registering or booking any tickets in our portal, you (user) are accepting that you may receive promotional, transactional messages from our platform (Website).
Tickets/Promotion Packages once successfully purchased for an event listed on our platform cannot be cancelled, and that amount will not be refunded. We do not support cancellation of registration/ticket purchase or promotion package on the website/app currently. In case, the transaction has been declined or unsuccessful, and the payment has been deducted from the account, the refund process will be initiated once notified.
Any *Ticket refund requests (under special circumtences* [should be with in 2 days of the event]) raised by the customers/end users will be considered only upon the organizer's confirmation and for the same, Payment Gateway Charges + Booking Fee will be deducted from the paid ticket amount, depending upon the organizer's terms set for the event (conditions varies for different events).
In case of Event cancellation/postpone, the Gateway Charges + Booking fees will not be refunded.
