Meditative experience with art and sound therapy through colors, music and more. Healing through moderating our senses and understanding our body. Blend your emotions with your creative souls to experience surreal shades of life.

We will have- Mandala, Abstract Art, Finger paint and Sound therapy. You will take your masterpieces home. It also includes one-on-one sessions with an emotional health expert, group activities and individual focus tasks. There will be a visual artist to help you understand different techniques of painting. A pre-event call will be done to customize these sessions for you!

Join Dr. Deeksha Sharma, PhD in Emotional Intelligence, 4 times TEDx speaker, for an immersive and transformative art therapy experience. Dr. Sharma, from Cornell University, NY, USA and an IIT alumni, brings over 8 years of counseling and research experience related to emotions. Dr. Sharma's expertise in Emotional Intelligence and mental health.

Through this art therapy session, participants will have the opportunity to explore their emotions, express themselves creatively, and develop a deeper understanding of their inner selves.
