Frequently Asked Questions

Is the event widget free to use?
Yes, the Eventsflare event widget is completely free. There is no monthly charge or setup fee. As long as you have a free organiser account on Eventsflare and at least one upcoming event, you can embed the widget on any number of websites.
Which event types can I show in the widget?
The widget supports all event types listed on Eventsflare — concerts, club nights, workshops, tech meetups, comedy shows, treks, fitness classes, corporate events, art exhibitions, and more. Whatever events you publish on your organiser page will appear.
Can visitors buy tickets directly from the widget?
Yes. When a visitor clicks on an event in the widget, they are taken to the Eventsflare ticket page where they can book and pay online using UPI, debit/credit card or net banking. The payment is processed securely by Eventsflare.
Does the widget update automatically when I add new events?
Yes. The widget fetches your events live from Eventsflare each time it loads. You never need to update the embed code — just publish a new event on your Eventsflare organiser page and it will appear in the widget automatically.
What websites can I embed the widget on?
The widget works on any website that allows you to embed an iframe: WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, Joomla, custom HTML sites, and more. You only need to paste one line of HTML code.
I don't have an organiser account — how do I get one?
Sign up as an event organiser for free at eventsflare.com/partners/signup. Once your account is active and you publish your first event, you can use the widget on your website.
Can I change the widget size?
Yes. In the configurator above you can set any width and height in pixels. We recommend a minimum width of 320 px for mobile compatibility. The default size of 650 × 420 px works well on most desktop sidebars and content areas.
